A new business. With bonus material and bloopers and all. And you're right, I changed the title. Bit too presumptious. But if you want to find out more, got to learn Dutch first. Coz I tried in English, i really did, and it's just too much struggle. And hey i am lot smarter and wittier in my own language. So what i'll do; i'll just give it a go and juice it up with some Dutch whenever i am stuck. K?

Holiday pics

The trouble with a digital camera is, that you just keep shooting.
I came home with over 500 pictures!
Now we did see a lot and there were a lot of unique moments, but 500 is just way too much. You are never going to look thry 500 pictures and besides it's taking me 500 yrs to get them downloaded and transfered to the printer.
Still I had to stop at 372.
tree hundred and seventy two.
That's a lot.

I have made the most compact overview i could. If you want to see the rest, come over to Rotterdam and i'll show you the album.

This afternoon the boys have been to their Breakdance lesson. Timo was all excited but Morten was a little nervous in the beginning. That totally disappeared when he saw all the other geeky little 5-6 & 7 yr olds jumping around like madmen.

I think they were a bit disappointed they didn't get to do a headspin but nevertheless they really enjoyed the afternoon!

Casually warming up doing the Hoky poky

Lots of free moves

Caroline couldn't hold it in any longer and jumped up on the floor

It's been a week today since we're back from vacation and a lot of things have happened.
I've been back to the office last Friday to relieve T. who needed a break after i had been gone for 3 weeks.
The kittens are getting an attitude (they refuse the dry food we give them and start whining for the beef in sauce stuff)
Jamie is gone.
Austin arrived.
We've got an alarm installed and 4 smoke alerts.

And the kids and I have been doing fun stuff from their "Youth vacation passport"
This is some sort of booklet given to schoolchildren with all sorts of attractions or simply things to see and do and which gives a considerable discount for the kids involved.

Yesterday we went to museum De Dubbelde Palmboom in Delfshaven where they had to do some sort of treasure hunt and today i went to the Euromast (check Rotterdamdailyphoto tomorrow!). There was a contest of kids building something with Knex and this afternoon Timo won the first (and only) prize!
She said she had looked specifically towards creativity and originality and his electricymaker (he had told her a whole story, which didn't surprised me actually; everyone who knows Timo knows he has a huge imagination and can get carried away easily) won.
I was super trooper proud!
