just some random events from these last days

friday night.
i walk home
robbert steps out of the door.
hi he says.
i just cut the top of my finger and am going to the er.

saturday morning
alarm rings at 7.
morten has to weighed for a judu tournament at 8.15 somewhere in the middle of nowhere.
with 7 people (no pressure honey) we see him become 2nd.

saturday afternoon
i get home from the hairdressers.
lost about a kilo of hair and am now brown/red instead of blond.
caroline opens the door.
what have you done? she asks.
i like your former hair way more.

at the dinner table Melissa asks whether there is any one who likes my hair.
The children all shake their head.
and you robbert? she asks.
no. Robbert says.

saturday evening.
it snows!
it's been ages since it snowed in november.
kids go out and have a blast.

sunday afternoon
the boys have a waterpolo tournament.
they loose.
big time
nevertheless they walk around boasting of their next victory.

this morning.
timo has an appointment for the school doctors.
his weight is 29 kilo (very average) but his height -1,37 m- is a bit above average.
they calculate he will probably grow out till 1.90m.
198,5 tops.

just now
i bring caroline to bed.
there is another boy who has a crush on me she says.

m. from grade 5 (she is in 3)
how do you know?
he smacked me on the head and tried to kiss me.
and?
no,
he has a long nose and grade 5 is too old for me.
